What can you do if Rogers charges you for sending text messages you never really made?

Rogers is billing my daughter's phone for hudreds of texts to 1 number in Tennessee that she never made. They refuse to remove the charges stating that these texts were actually made from her phone. Any suggestions as to how I can get the charges reversed?

You have to call more then once.
I agree with Ruska.
I called telus once and spoke to a rude lady, who said I DID THAT ITS A NEEDED CHARGE.
Then I called again and they helped me alittle but the same thing happened
Finally I was credited back.
Keep calling, try calling a different department.

Its the same with any company

Honestly there may not be a way to get it reversed, you could try asking for a one time credit and maybe put a block on the texting for a while, try talking to the customer relations department, and keep calling back and speak to someone different, there are some nice people who work there you just have to find them.
