What does the blue light on a Motorola phone indicate?

there is a blue light on the cover screen. what does the light indicate:confused:

motorola phones have a keypad daylight savings feature built into them, so when your phone first turns on it will light up the keypad but it will also look to see if its daylight. as for the blue screen only a dealer could tell you whats going on it because we cant see your phone dude.

another thing, the keys on my phone turn on when my phone is first turned in the morning but then the keyboard is off after that. why does the razor have all these problems?:confused::angry:
