To activate Call Forward - All Calls:
Pick up your telephone and dial * 7 2 (Usually this number, but may be different).
Dial the full telephone number to which you want your calls forwarded.
If someone answers after you dial the number, ensure that you stay on the line for a minimum of five seconds or Call Forward will not be activated.

If the line is busy or there is no answer:
Pick up your telephone and dial * 7 2 again(Usually this number, but may be different).
Redial the telephone number to which you want your calls forwarded. You will hear two beeps, confirming that Call Forward is activated.
Hang up your telephone.

To confirm that Call Forward - All Calls is activated:

Dial * 7 2 (Usually this number, but may be different). If you hear a busy tone, Call Forward is activated

To de-activate Call Forward - All Calls:
Pick up the handset, wait for the tone and dial * 7 3 (Usually this number, but may be different).
Listen for two beeps and hang up.
