Hi gale_87284. Choose the pictures you want to delete, to choose, just hold the first image you want to delete then continue choosing by just touching other pictures you want to delete. When finished choosing, you can find an icon with 3 small squares on the upper right side of the screen, touch it and choose delete. Let me know if it works for you.
