I want to get this phone to ring. Your user guide is useless. How does the phone work? I can't even answer my voicemail. I need a comprehensive User Guide for even the simplest tasks but can't even download it from the internet. Please E-mail me a complete user's manual, not the one that only addresses the MENU, which does not give me even a chance at getting a standard ringtone.
This is absolutily the WORST user guide I have ever seen. It may force me to leave Telus for better service elsewhere!

Press and select Menu button and select Media. You`ll see the Sounds folder. From there you can set sounds as ringtones... or your profile is set to Silent.

You can change it here: Setting, then select Profiles. Choose the profile you want and select Options and choose Edit.
