How do you get to the touch calibration option on the LG Rumor Plus?

My touch screen isn't working properly and i can't find the calibration menu.

Adjust your touch screen for ease of use. Press the "•" markers to calibrate the screen.

Once you’ve finished calibrating your screen, Save the settings.
