Refer to your vehicle's manual. If you don't find the the passkey their, visit or call the dealership and ask for the passkey.
How do I install a second phone? It worked fine until it asked for the passkey which was displayed as 0000. When I used that it said pairing failed. The dealership connected our first phone and said nothing about the passkey.

Once your cell phone is Bluetooth enabled, communication with Hyundai's Bluetooth system is possible. To pair your phone using the hands-free system:
1. Turn on your cell phone, turn the vehicle's ignition on (no need to start engine) and turn the radio on with the volume at an audible level.
2. Press the TALK switch located on the bottom right hand spoke of the steering wheel.
The radio will display "listening" and emit a tone.
3. Say "setup" at the prompt, the Hyundai Bluetooth system will reply with "set up".
4. Say "pair phone" at the following prompt, the Hyundai Bluetooth system will reply with "pair phone".
5. Say "yes" at the confirmation prompt.
6. Say the name of your phone when prompted (use any name to uniquely describe your cell phone), the Hyundai Bluetooth system will reply with name you stated.
7. Say "yes" at the confirmation prompt.
8. The radio displays "searching --- passkey: _ _ _ _". The Hyundai Bluetooth system will reply with "ready for pairing, please use your phone to connect to the system, the pairing passkey is _ _ _ _".
9. From your cell phone, initialize Bluetooth. Connection could take a few minutes. Your cell phone should display your vehicle [vehicle model name]. Select the vehicle and enter the passkey into your phone's pass code / passkey / pin prompt.
10. Wait for radio display to indicate "connection complete". Could take a few minutes.
11. Additionally, during this time your cell phone is transferring its phone / contact list to the Hyundai Bluetooth system. This process will range from a few minutes to over 10 minutes depending on the phone type and number of entries in the phone / contact list.
12. Wait for the radio display to indicate "transfer complete". Do not turn off ignition switch until the transfer is complete as there is a potential to corrupt the configuration of your cell phone in Hyundai's Bluetooth system. The radio will return to the normal display.
