Ann, please, use "Manage Your Account" link on the Solo Mobile page on our site to get full info about your minutes.
Contact Solo Mobile to inquire about your account activity. They should be able to provide you with details regarding your account. If you have difficulty reaching their customer service hotline, you can always give them a visit in one of their stores. They should also be able to help you with you problem.
