Why do deleted email keep on coming back in my Nokia Lumia 520?
On my Nokia 520, my deleted email messages show up in my inbox again & again, no matter how much I delete them...how can I rectify this?

I had this problem. I looked it up. Its to do with the length of time emails are visible on the app. Must be to keep memory free. I had to go into setting and change the time or un tick the cash thing clearance. I would give you a step by step guide but my email account is on the blink. I cant didn't any? :/
I have the opposite problem! I receive emails on my Nokia phone and computer but as soon as I read them on my computer they delete from my phone, which I do not want to happen! Any advice?
You must delete all emails from any other synced device, say like your pc etc then they wont come back. or create a seperate email for the 520. Worked for me good luck.
100% the same happened to me. Nokia Lumia 520 does deleted everything from Deleted item folder, but in 15 minuet everything coming back.
This is extremely boring !
I too have deleted emails coming back to my inbox over and over again. There is no Trash folder on my Nokia E72 so I can't delete them from there.
Hi there. Read somewhere that other people are experiencing the same. I'm not sure why is this happening but this is how they fixed it:
- delete unwanted mails from Inbox
- goto Folders and there into Trash folder
- select all the mails and delete them again in the Trash folder
- sync your emails and those should not keep coming back again
