Has anyone else had trouble using the Motorola Phone Tools software to synch their phone and computer? I'm having an aweful time getting the software to recognize my phone. The Telus dealer where I got both the phone and the software says they are compatible, but they don't seem to want to cooperate. My wife has the same phone as I and hers is doing the same thing, which makes me believe that the software is the problem. Any ideas?
