Out of the 3, I think Telus is the worst. Rogers is good if you take a liking to a large selection of cool handsets, and good reception in rural areas. Bell gives you extensive coverage coast-to-coast, and is by far the best bet if you are on-the-go in North America. If you need a handset you can use all over the world, Rogers is the best. Bell is a good option for affordable phones, particularly if you are rough with your mobile. As for plans, all 3 are going to offer nearly identical rate plans.
