I was given the phone and did a factory reset and Google seems to hold the phone hostage Even when i put my Google info in it still wont allow me to clear the phone to use. It keeps saying something about my recent password change also said to put in the name and google id of the devices prior owner but my 80 yr old mother never had one . Ive tried all those how to bypass Google videos on Youtube with no luck HELP
