What actions can you take if Telus ends your plan without your consent?

recently i was going on holidays for month and i called telus and customer service representative told me that i can vocation disconnect my phone and thats what i did, when i came back from holidays i called telus to restore my service they told me to choose any new plan as my old plan can't be restored as that is not offered anymore but this think was not told to me by the customer service...is there any remedy for this can i go to court as i am losing my business




Call them back and escalate to the manager and have them add it back, it can be done you just have to go high enough is all.
