Can a LG VX-3100 from Verizon be activated with any of the carriers in Toronto?
I have my LG VX-3100 phone from Verizon and now that i'm in Toronto, i'm planing on getting a local plan from any of the carriers. It's a dual band CDMA (800/1900).U guys think it's compatible with any of these companies?

Telus or Bell will not activate any phones that they do not sell. So if you have a verizon phone, they will not activate it because the ESN number is not in there system. So you are out of luck unless you buy a telus or bell phone

Verizon is CDMA as well, not GSM.
