AT&T and Sprint said the HTC One will hit shelves on April 19 starting at $199.99 -- which is $50 cheaper than the recently announced Samsung Galaxy S4. The 32-gigabyte version of the all-metal phone will cost $199.99 on a two-year contract, while the 64GB version, which is exclusive to AT&T, will sell for $299.99. Eager fans can pre-order HTC's new flagship device at AT&T on April 4, and on Sprint a day later.
What Else You Need To Know
- The device is also expected to be carried by T-Mobile although the carrier has not yet made an announcement on pricing and availability. The device is also headed to Verizon, albeit a month or two late.
- The HTC One features a 4-MP "ultrapixel" camera that gathers 300 percent more light, a Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon 600 clocked at 1.7GHz, and a Sense 5.0 interface over the Android 4.1 operating system, and is set to be released in 80 countries.
