As the legal scuffle between Apple and Samsung over the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in the US continues, Apple has sent a letter to US retailers demanding that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus be taken off the shelves.
The letter states that US retailers should not import, offer to sell or sell the handset within the US. Apple claims that the injunction applies not only to Samsung but also to those acting in concert with the Korean electronics giant.
Samsung for its part claimed Apple’s actions as “menacing” and said that US retailers should be allowed to sell existing stock of the tablet.
