An internal AppleCare document uncovered by 9to5Mac reveals that Apple is currently investigating numerous WiFi-related issues which affect its New iPad.
The investigation comes on the heels of numerous user complaints which have surfaced since the product's launch. User comments on the document itself indicate that the problems are limited to Wi-Fi only versions of the iPad and not the 3G model. Issues include slow download and upload speeds, intermittent connectivity and Wi-Fi not seen.
Apple has not yet offered any official word on the matter.
