iPhone 5 benchmark results recently posted online through GeekBench shows that the latest iOS-powered smartphone from Apple bests every single one of all competing smartphones on the market right now, at least at their default configuration. The iPhone 5 scored a total of 1601 points in the benchmark. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S3 got only 1560 while the Google Nexus 7 scored 1591. The iPhone 5 also beat the previous iPhone and the new iPad in the same benchmark tests.
