According to Bloomberg, a UK judge has ordered Apple to publicly state that Samsung didn’t copy the design of the iPad. The order is based on Judge Colin Birss’ July 9 ruling that Apple must publish an “advertisement” in its UK home page that Samsung did not infringe on the design of the Apple tablet.
What You Need To Know:
- The statement should stay on the Apple website for six months.
- The statement should also be published in a couple of UK newspapers and magazines including the Financial Times, The Daily Mail, Guardian Mobile and T3 magazine.
