Dell Latitude 10 Touts Security, Support for Enterprise
Tech Radar

Dell, the world's second largest PC maker, has introduced a Windows 8-running 10-inch tablet that's designed for a business/enterprise environment. Features of the Latitude 10 that would stand out include a powerful Intel Atom processor, support for Microsoft productivity apps, swappable battery, up to 128GB of storage, and security options, plus a fingerprint and smart card readers for authentication. Possible drawbacks are the thick bezel, a low 1366 x 768 resolution display, lack of a stylus to improve navigation, and unavailability of a 3G or 4G cellular connectivity option. The business-class tablet will be available for sale with the Oct. 26 launch of Windows 8. Details on global pricing and dates will be announced later.
