Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Also Headed for Sprint

AT&T won't be the lone network carrying the second-generation Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Sprint recently announced that it would be releasing an LTE-ready Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. Sprint's new slate features Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a beautiful 10.1-inch display, a decent 1.5GHz dual-core processor, and a long-lasting 7,000mAh Lithium-Ion battery. Sprint did not announce the pricing and the release date.

  • Other specs of Sprint version include 10.1-inch WXGA PLS TFT 1280 x 800 display, 1GB RAM, microSD card slot supporting up to 64GB memory card, 3G/4G LTE mobile hotspot capability supporting up to 10 Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously, and Face Unlock facial recognition technology.
