Those who pre-ordered the LTE-enabled version of Apple's new iPad mini can expect their devices to arrive as early as November 15th. This is according to reports from a few customers who have received notifications from their couriers that their orders are already shipping. Based on this information, it appears that the first LTE iPad mini pre-orders are set to be completed ahead of schedule. This is in line with Apple's promise to release the same a few weeks after the Wi-Fi only version first became available to customers in the U.S.
