The LG Optimus Vu II has just been officially launched in LG's home country of South Korea, and it looks more than ready to take on Samsung's 5-inch Galaxy Note--or any other similarly sized devices that may surface in the future. It features a 5-inch 4:3 IPS touchscreen LCD with a native resolution of 1024x768 pixels, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm S4 CPU, 2GB RAM, an 8MP camera, NFC, VoLTE capabilities, and a 2,150 mAh battery. It will be available first in Korea for 966,900 won or about $864 USD.
What Else You Need To Know
- The LG Optimus Vu II is bundled with an accessory called "One Key" which is a key ring that can be pressed to make the phone beep loudly in case it gets lost.
- The default operating system on the Optimus Vu II is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
