The Android-powered Motorola RAZR M is now on sale for $100 a piece on the Verizon Wireless web site. Currently, it's one of the most well-equipped mid-range smartphones available on the market, with a 4.3-inch edge-to-edge qHD screen, 1.5GHz dual-core S4 chip, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera, NFC, and Android 4.0 ICS. The earlier mentioned price requires customers to sign up for a new 2-year contract.

- Verizon Wireless sells the Motorola Droid RAZR M for $150 but gives customers a $50 rebate during the purchase process.
- Customers may also buy the Motorola Droid RAZR M through brick-and-mortar Verizon Wireless stores.
