Two new feature-rich Android smartphones from Motorola are set to become available through US Cellular this month. Starting today, the Motorola Electrify 2 with Android 4.0 ICS will become available for purchase for $179 after a mail-in rebate. It boasts a 4.3-inch ColorBoost display, 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, Kevlar construction, and an 8.4mm thin profile. Meanwhile, there's also the Motorola Defy XT, a rugged dustproof phone that is both water and scratch resistant that will go on sale starting August 3 for $99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. Its main features include a 3.7-inch screen, 1GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
What Else You Need To Know:
- There's no info on whether the Motorola Electrify 2 will be getting an upgrade to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean or not.
