Well that didn't take long! Just several hours after Apple launched their new iPad, jailbreaker Musclenerd has tweeted screenshots of Cydia running on the 3rd gen iPad.
Those anxious to break their iOS free will have to be patient however. Screenshots on Twitter most certainly don't equate to a public release and as a new post on the Dev-Team blog admits, it’s impossible to determine when the work will be finished.
Jail birds standby.

We can confirm that the methord used to jailbreak the iPad 2 4 months ago (before corona) still works even in 5.1.
