In a recent discussion with the New York Times, NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun Huang dropped hints of a $199 Tegra 3 tablet that "anyone can buy at a 7 Eleven". The tablet could be manufactured by ASUS and hit the market as early as this summer. Thanks to cost cutting measures such as the removal of expensive memory, $200 tablets are a real possibility. Amazon has shown this with its popular Kindle Fire.
The energetic CEO also expressed his disappointment with the progression of Android and showed optimism for Windows 8 which could be adopted in the future.
