Oppo's Find 5 Flexes Features Like a Superphone

Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has launched the Find 5, one of the most feature packed smartphones to date. Its mind blowing features include a 5-inch full HD display, a 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, NFC that allows Weibo users to instantly follow each other, a 13MP camera that can shoot HDR photos and videos, and audio fine-tuned for Dirac HD. Already available for pre-order in China, the Find 5 is expected to arrive in U.S. soil in the first quarter of 2013 with a $499 price tag.

What Else You Need To Know

  • Other features include 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system, 1.9MP front-facing camera, and non-removable 2,500mAh battery.
  • If it reaches the U.S., the Find 5 will compete with the likes of the HTC Droid DNA, which also has a Full HD display and a quad-core processor.

Audio-wise the Find 5 features Dirac HD, a technology that's embraced by the likes of BMW, Bentley, Rolls Royce and Datasat; making Oppo the first mobile phone brand to join the party. The included earphones are fine-tuned for Dirac, naturally.
