An eagle-eyed Sina Weibo user managed to spot this unknown Windows Phone-based Nokia smartphone on another user's stream, thus sparking speculation that it could be one of Nokia's rumored Windows Phone 8 devices, which are reportedly going to be unveiled during this year's upcoming Nokia World. There isn't any hard evidence to support the claim that this phone is a Windows Phone 8 prototype, but it is at least running some form of the Windows Phone software. Worst case scenario, this is just another color variation of a currently existing Lumia device from Nokia. The truth will be determined in a few weeks time.
What Else You Need To Know:
- It is possible that the alleged prototype device pictured in the Sina Weibo user stream is just running Windows Phone 7.8 instead of Windows Phone 8.
