Sharp SH8188U

Today we're given a view of the Sharp SH8188U, a Froyo-filled slate phone that sports a Qualcomm MSM8255 SoC. Like other handsets of this heritage -- including the Incredible S and myTouch 4G -- users can expect a familiar 1GHz Scorpion CPU paired with an Adreno 205 GPU. Of course, a new radio would be required for stateside use, because while quadband GSM functionality is there, current specs list only 2100 / 900MHz 3G support -- fine for Europe and Asia, but incompatible with our 1900 / 1700 / 850MHz spectrums.
