Samsung has begun quietly rolling out the long-desired Android 4.0 update for the Galaxy Note. When it arrives, it'll add the latest edition of Google's OS and the "Premium Suite" full of stylus S-pen friendly apps like S Note, Shape Match and My Story to your 5.3-inch phablet. The company is yet to confirm the launch, but several European users are already on the ICS bandwagon, with others expected to join soon.

Facebook Announces Their “App Center”
Facebook – the massive social network that has over 900 million users, including 488 million mobile users – has announced the Facebook App Center. This is a dedicated section on Facebook reserved to discovering iOS and Android apps via the web (either on your mobile or desktop). This will officially be rolled out “in the coming weeks” and is “a new place for people to find social apps.” In order to be listed on the Facebook App Center you’ll have to meet their guidelines, first being able to login via Facebook (so they’ll probably start tracking your every move and what your sharing).

Mobile Usage Doubles, Now Accounts For 10% Of Worldwide Internet Usage
The number of people accessing the Web through mobile devices has doubled since 2010 and now accounts for 10% of worldwide Internet usage. According to numbers compiled by Pingdom, Asia’s mobile usage amounted for 17.84% of the country’s total Internet usage, a 192.5% increase over the past 18 months. Africa’s mobile usage placed the region in second with 14.85%, usage in North America sat at 7.96%, followed by Australia, Europe and South America at 7.55%, 5.13% and 2.86% respectively.

Instagram Adds Popular Tilt-Shift Feature To Android App
Fresh off its Android debut, Instagram has added the popular tilt-shift feature to its latest mobile platform, giving photos more depth of field and a realistic blur. The company has rolled out its Instagram Android v1.1.0 update, now available in the Google Play Store. The update comes as many Android users anxiously awaited the inclusion of the tilt-shift tool, which was already available on the iOS version of the app.
