Huawei Brings Out Ascend P1 2600 mAh XL For Battery Junkies, Throws In E5151 Hotspot
Huawei's presence at Mobile Asia Expo this year has a distinct flavor of RAZR Maxx about it. The Ascend P1 is getting a fresh 2600 mAh XL variant that does exactly what it says on the tin: throw almost 56 percent more battery power at the previously skinny Android 4.0 device. Along with this and a TD-SCDMA variant of the P1 for China Mobile fans, the other standout is the (not yet pictured) Mobile WiFi E5151, which brings a rare Ethernet jack to the 3G hotspot world for hoping onto the Internet in a more traditional form.

Koodo Preparing To Launch LTE Network?
TELUS went live with their LTE network back in February. This gives customers potential peak download speeds of up to 75Mbps, but the average is between 12 to 25Mbps. With the launch of their LTE network it also brought better devices, such as the Galaxy Note, Optimus LTE and the Galaxy Tab 8.9. A bit of news as it might bring truth to a past rumour. According to this screenshot seems like TELUS’ sub-brand Koodo Mobile will possibly light up LTE for their customers.

Windows Phone 8 Is A Great Big, Crazy, Beautiful Mess
The Lumia 900 is a marriage of fresh hardware with a fun operating system. The camera sucks, to be sure, and the phone isn’t yet available on Verizon. Plus, after using the phone for several weeks, it was clear that the phone’s large screen is wasted on Windows Phone 7.5. It’s more of the same concerning the 900′s HTC cousin, the Titan II. Microsoft clearly agrees.
