Based on information from an internal document secured by the guys over at Mobile Syrup, Rogers is gearing up to launch a very affordable messaging phone in the form of the LG C195. The LG C195 is meant to be used by frequent texters or e-mail users who could benefit from having a full QWERTY keyboard at their disposal. It will be available for only $90 outright or free on a 2-year contract.
