Rogers has just made public a short list that contains the names of tablets and smartphones that will be getting updates to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in the next few weeks. Among these is the Sony Xperia Mini Pro, Sony Xperia Arc S, Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. The first of these updates is coming in late August for the Motorola RAZR XT910, while the rest of the devices are scheduled for updates by early September.
What Else You Need To Know:
- All dates indicated in Rogers' Android 4.0 ICS upgrade list are tentative and could change as the weeks go by.
- The day of the Android device upgrade schedule's announcement also sees the official launch of the Motorola Defy Pro either for free on contract or $275 outright.
