A new Android-powered rugged handset called the Samsung Rugby Pro is set to become available on October 21st through AT&T for only $100. It features a 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen display, a 5MP camera, 8GB of internal storage, and 4G LTE connectivity. As part of its rugged specifications, it is dust- and water-proof, as well as shock resistant so you know it's going to be able to take a beating. It comes with an AT&T service contract.
