What was first announced as the Galaxy Rugby Pro for AT&T in the US is now expected to launch as the Galaxy Rugby LTE through Bell and Telus in Canada, according to a recent report from Android Authority. Though it will shp with a 4-inch screen and Android 4.0 ICS as standard, its main selling point is the fact that it is a rugged handset that features water, dust, and shock resistance, along with other tough specifications. It's a bit hefty for a modern smartphone, but then that's part of where it gets its tough qualities.
