Insider information collected by the guys over at SamMobile now confirms earlier reports that the Samsung Galaxy S II Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update is scheduled to happen as early as September of this year. If this is the case, then perhaps the same update for the Samsung Galaxy Note is not that far behind. Currently, it is said that Samsung is testing the updates before releasing them to its Galaxy-branded devices, which include handsets other than the Galaxy S II.
What Else You Need To Know:
- Samsung is expected to roll out an official Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for its current flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S III, on August 29, before it rolls out updates to its other devices.
