Samsung pushing for October release of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for Galaxy S III

Samsung has revealed that it currently plans on releasing the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for users of the Galaxy S III smartphone this coming October. The update will make the Galaxy S III, Samsung's currently flagship device, one of the first few handsets from the South Korean company's roster to run the latest version of the Android software.
