Sony's cross-platform gaming service PlayStation Mobile goes live today for all PlayStation Certified devices in a good number of countries which include Canada, the United States, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan. Currently, there are a total of 20 games available through the service, all of which can be downloaded and installed on compatible devivces. The list of supported devices is composed mostly of Sony Xperia handsets at the moment, however, a handful of HTC smartphones are also included.
What Else You Need To Know
- PlayStation Mobile is accessible via the Sony PlayStation Store and requires a user to sign in with a PlayStation Network ID.
- Availability in other regions is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
