Sprint has just made its 4G LTE network available in some parts of Kansas, Massachusetts, and Illinois out in the US as part of an ongoing effort to expand coverage to cover 100 markets by the end of 2012. Today, Sprint customers in Kansas cities Lawrence, Topeka, and Wichita, as well as Waukegan-Lake County, Illinois and Barnstable-Hyannis/Mid-Cape, Massachusetts will be able to enjoy 4G LTE data speeds on their compatible Sprint handsets.
What Else You Need To Know
- Its effort to further improve its current 4G LTE network also sees Sprint introducing upgrades to its 3G service, with now faster 3G speeds in certain parts of LA, New York, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
