T-Mobile has gone on record to say that the rumors of it launching true unlimited mobile data plans starting September 5 are true. Indeed, T-Mobile aims to provide its subscribers with the option to browse for as long as their hearts desire, starting with two new types of data add-ons. For Classic talk & text customers, there's a new $30 plan, while Value customers get a chance to sign up for a $20 counterpart. According to T-Mobile, these new unlimited data plans will apply to any device currently in their line-up. And yes, there will be no data caps whatsoever.
What Else You Need To Know:
- T-Mobile disallows mobile hotspot functionality with these unlimited data plans so those who are looking to tether will have to look for another way.
