Many developers engage in wait-and-see mode before investing money writing apps for a new platform. In what could indicate that Windows Phone is showing signs of growth, the popular Temple Run is coming to the Windows Phone Store today and Chaos Rings, 6th Planet, Propel Man, Orcs Must Survive, Ruzzle, Fling Theory, and Drift Mania Championship 2 are coming this week. Notwithstanding, it still appears to be a case of a little too late for Windows Phone as apps are first launched on Android and iOS. The Temple Run that's launched today is not Temple Run 2 but the original version of the app (launched for the iPhone 18 months ago) and it doesn't take advantage of Microsoft's Xbox Live platform.

- Games like Ski Safari and Jetpack Joyride were announced at October's launching of Windows Phone 8 but remain unavailable even though the recently-launched BlackBerry 10 already has Jetpack.
- Although Microsoft's Xbox gaming console is popular among developers and gamers, very few games have been added to Windows Phone's Xbox Live library.
