The Samsung Galaxy Note II is now available through Verizon Wireless in the U.S., not long after it was first released through AT&T. Currently, it is priced at $300 with an accompanying two-year contract and can also be purchased outright for $700 a piece. Those who pre-ordered it were first notified that it would start shipping on November 27th, and now there is confirmation that Verizon has indeed started shipping units to its customers. More and more units are expected to be shipped to those who pre-ordered throughout the rest of the week.

- The Galaxy Note II is Samsung's currently flagship "phablet" and features a 5.5-inch HD touchscreen display as well as Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the default software.
