Bell and Virgin Mobile Canada have both unveiled a couple of new plans that can be used with any of the available smartphones on sale from either carrier.
First, there's the Combo Plan 50 which costs $50 CAD a month. Under this plan, customers get 200 anytime minutes, unlimited Canada-wide calling to 10 numbers, unlimited text and picture messaging, voicemail 3 and call display, and 100MB of data.
The second plan is called Combo Plan 65, and it costs $65 CAD a month. It offers the exact same things as Combo Plan 50, except instead of 100MB of data, customers get 1GB. According to Virgin Mobile Canada, the new plans are available from August 11 "until further notice."
What Else You Need To Know:
- Customers who exceed the 100MB data cap for Combo Plan 50 will have to pay $10 CAD per 100MB exceeded.
- Bell Canada's Combo Plan 65 offer also includes 10 hours of Mobile TV on top of everything else.
